Machine Lateral Raises:
Sit at the machine, press your back to it and grab its handles. Inhale and lift your elbows with deltoids. Exhale at the top point and make a pause for 1-2 seconds. Inhale and slowly return to the initial position.
Mistakes and Recommendations:
Perform the exercise slowly, without jerking and inertia. Concentrate on the lifting of your elbows.
Do not use excessively heavy weight. It will ruin the technique.
You may also try to perform the exercise with one arm.
