Cable overhead triceps extension:
Attach the rope handle to the machine, grab it with your hands and turn your back to the machine. Bend your arms in the elbows and step forward.
Slowly straighten your arms. Make a short pause at the top point of the movement. In the initial position, pull the handle with a neutral grip, and then turn the wrists inside (palms down). Go back to the starting position.
Mistakes and Recommendations:
Tilt the upper body, it will make your position more stable. In all phases of the exercise, keep your back straight.
Do not change the position of your arms.
Find the right weight for you. Too heavy weight will ruin the technique.
