Crossover bicep curls:
Take the handles with a reversed grip and stand in the middle of the machine. You can also perform the exercise sitting on a bench.
Bend your arms a little. Pull the handles to the level of your head, pause for 1-2 seconds and go back to the starting position. Do not relax your muscles during the exercise.
Mistakes and Recommendations:
Keep your arms in a fixed position parallel to the floor. Control your movements – only your elbows should move.
Work synchronously with two hands. Keep your body strictly in the center of the machine.
