Lying Dumbbell Extension:
Lie on the bench, holding dumbbells in front of you. Inhale and slightly bend the elbow, smoothly lowering the dumbbell towards the upper part of the chest, without touching it. Leave the other hand extended to maintain balance. Exhale and raise your hand to the initial position, while lowering the other hand. You may also perform the required number of repetitions with one hand, then with the other.
Mistakes and Recommendations:
Heavy dumbbells may lead to the technique violation and to an injury!
Follow the correct breathing technique.
Keep your elbows fixed throughout the triceps exercise. The shoulders remain stable.
You may need an assistant to perform the last repetitions.
