Standing French Press:
Stand keeping your back in the neutral position, legs shoulder width apart. Both palms facing up, wrap around the dumbbell. Elbows facing up. Exhale, contract the triceps and press the weight up. Inhale, lower weight back to the starting position.
Recommendations:
Keep your back perpendicular to the floor.
Do not unbend the elbows in the top point of the exercise.
Pay attention to your breathing pattern.
