The last workout for two weeks (three workouts a week). You can continue training using the programs for another three months according to the following scheme: two weeks – workout No. 6, then two weeks – No. 7 and No. 8, then two weeks of No. 9 and two more weeks of No. 10, 11. If you are not a professional athlete and rest all offseason (3-4 months), then you can return to this complex for the next season also consistently practicing it from the first workout.
